"Support came through, just not super quickly"
Support did end up fixing the issue for me, so I’m glad about that. It just took longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating. Maybe that’s normal, but I was kind of hoping it would be handled a bit faster.

"Something just felt off"
I ordered from Prilla the whole thing left me feeling uneasy. The packaging didn’t look like what I’m used to getting, and I couldn’t really verify the product in a way that made me feel better about it. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but I just didn’t feel confident that it was legit. Disappointing overall, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I reached out for help a few days ago and still haven’t heard back. I’ve checked in maybe once or twice, but so far there’s been no reply. Frustrating when you’re just trying to get an issue sorted out

Maybe it’s just the way it comes across, but it feels like the value is a bit low for what you get. I was expecting a little more, and the overall vibe made me assume it would be better than it ended up being.

"Something felt off with the whole experience"
I don’t know, something just felt off when I was using the site. The pages were loading slowly for me, and checkout was more confusing than it needed to be. I had to click around a bunch just to find basic things, which got frustrating fast. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience.

"I ordered this thinking it would show up..."
I ordered this thinking it would show up in a normal amount of time, but it took way longer than expected. The updates were unclear too, so I had no idea what was going on. By the time it finally arrived, I was already questioning whether the whole thing was even worth it, and it made me wonder a bit about the overall quality as well. I probably wouldn’t order again if the shipping stays this slow.

"Refund process was way more frustrating than expected"
I sent my order back weeks ago and expected the refund to be handled quickly, or at least with clear updates. Instead, support keeps giving me the same generic response and nothing actually changes. It’s been really annoying and feels like way more hassle than it should be. I don’t see myself ordering from prilla.com again.

"Rewards were a letdown"
I was excited to use the rewards, but they never actually worked for me. What made it even more frustrating was how unclear everything was, there wasn’t a straightforward explanation of why they weren’t applying or what I was supposed to do next. It just felt like I kept going in circles with no real answers

"Checkout felt like a bait and switch"
I tried ordering from prilla, but the checkout kept freezing right when I was about to pay. Every time I refreshed, I had to enter all my info again, which was already annoying. Then when I finally got to the end, the total had changed out of nowhere. It gave me a bait-and-switch feeling, like the price I thought I was getting wasn’t actually the final price. I ended up just giving up. Not worth the hassle

"Why is managing a subscription this confusing?"
I tried to change my subscription it was way more confusing than it needed to be. The cancel option felt like it was tucked away on purpose, which was really frustrating. Maybe it’s just me, but shouldn’t this stuff be simple? It ended up feeling annoying and not worth the time.

"The order showed up in this flimsy..."
The order showed up in this flimsy box with barely any padding, and everything was just sliding around inside. The corners were all crushed, which was really frustrating, especially because it arrived right when I actually needed it. For what I paid, I definitely expected better packaging. Disappointing.

"Delivery was honestly such a mess"
My package just never showed up, and the most frustrating part was that I couldn’t really get a clear update on what was going on. I kept checking because I figured maybe it was delayed by a day or two, which happens, but the tracking didn’t give me anything useful. It was basically like the package disappeared, and I was left guessing whether it was still on the way, lost, or never actually sent out properly. I don’t mind waiting when there’s a real explanation, but the lack of communication made the whole thing way more annoying than it needed to be.

"Plain Box, Not-So-Subtle Label"
I think it showed up on Tuesday, or maybe it was Wednesday, the week blurred together, but the box itself was nice and plain. The only thing is the shipping label kind of gave away what was inside, so it wasn’t as discreet as I was expecting.

I was disappointed with the selection. I checked back a few different times hoping it would improve, but most of the things I was actually looking for either weren’t available or only had a couple of options. It kind of felt like the stuff I wanted just wasn’t being considered, which was frustrating. Overall, it didn’t feel worth it for me.

"I gave prilla a try mostly because…"
I gave Prilla a try mostly because the promos caught my eye . Some of the discounts were actually good , and I did end up saving a bit . That said , a couple of times the final price was not quite what I thought it would be , probably because I missed some terms or details along the way . The site itself is okay and easy enough to use , I just wish the offers were explained more clearly before checkout . Overall , not amazing , but not terrible either

"Prices are just too high"
I checked out prilla.com hoping I’d save a little, but the prices were disappointing. A bunch of the stuff I looked at was cheaper on other sites, and once shipping was added, it really didn’t feel worth it. Maybe they run good deals sometimes, but I didn’t see any when I was shopping. If the prices stay like this, I’ll probably just take my business somewhere else.
