Support did end up fixing the issue for me, so I’m glad about that. It just took longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating. Maybe that’s normal, but I was kind of hoping it would be handled a bit faster.

I ordered from Prilla the whole thing left me feeling uneasy. The packaging didn’t look like what I’m used to getting, and I couldn’t really verify the product in a way that made me feel better about it. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but I just didn’t feel confident that it was legit. Disappointing overall, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

That said , a couple of times the final price was not quite what I thought it would be , probably because I missed some terms or details along the way . The site itself is okay and easy enough to use , I just wish the offers were explained more clearly before checkout . Overall , not amazing , but not terrible either
